Five years turning chaotic, manual operations into clean, automated systems — delivering global projects remotely, worldwide (Nigeria, the UK, the US, South Africa, Germany and Italy). IT infrastructure, business automation, AI, and the documentation and training that keeps it all running after I hand it over.

Problem

An education platform needed an AI assistant that answered only from its own curated library — no hallucinations, every claim sourced.

Solution

A RAG system on Google Cloud Vertex AI with a custom JavaScript chat widget and inline video, built past several enterprise policy blockers.

Result

A production assistant that speaks only from the scholar library and cites every source — delivered on time, fully documented.

Problem

The Nigerian operations of a US medical-software company had manual processes and no real IT backbone.

Solution

Built the infrastructure from scratch — Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 — led a 7-day data migration, and added AI call automation with VAPI.

Result

Ticket resolution time down 35%; marketing automation lifted conversion 5% in two months — and I grew from solo support to IT Team Lead.
